*If placing birdhouses on a post, I can replace hanging spire with a dowel like on the Grand Pagoda bird feeder or not place the spire on the birdhouses at all.  Please note in your order if you would like this modification.  I can also do a custom order if you are in need of a mounting box for a post.  A mounting box would be an additional $10 per bird house.

*Please use soap and warm water to clean your birdhouse as needed with a soft cloth or soft brush.

*To further protect the appearance and to ensure maximum longevity of your item, I recommend applying Varathane's Ultimate Outdoor Spar Urethane Water Based Sealant to any part of your product exposed to the elements. I prefer using a foam brush to apply the sealant. Please use the water-based version as this is safe for the birds.
